Clinical Supervision

I provide structured, developmentally appropriate clinical supervision for graduate level counselors and social workers as well as pre-licensed counselors seeking licensure and other licensed professionals seeking professional growth and/or consultation on complex clinical cases. Supervision is offered through an integrative lens, drawing from developmental models, trauma-informed care, Relational-Cultural Theory, and attachment-based frameworks.

As an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and experienced educator and practitioner, I support supervisees in strengthening their clinical judgment, enhancing self-awareness, and building confidence in their professional identity.

Case conceptualization and treatment planning.

Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.

Working with high-conflict families and systems.

Professional development and licensure preparation.

Ethical decision-making and boundary navigation.

Use of self in the therapeutic relationship.

Clinical documentation and best practices.

Supervision is available for individual clinicians and small groups. I also offer specialized consultation for those working in school-based settings, forensic contexts, adoption/foster care systems and other areas of interest where I hold experience.
