Curriculum Development
With a background in academic leadership and instructional design, we develop developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based curricula for K-12, higher education, and professional development settings as well as curricula within the coaching, counseling and forensic domains. Our curriculum addresses equity, connection, and real-world application. We create content across a wide range of topics including mental health, trauma, conflict resolution, supervision, and forensic practice. Also included in these services is organizing, and reviewing educational programs to ensure they meet learning needs of the student(s)/target audience.

The development and review process includes utilizing the following evidence based structure for program development:
Needs Assessment (identify educational needs of students and the community, through data collection and analysis).
Implementation (train educators and integrate curriculum into the learning environment).
Design & Planning (develop plan to ensure curriculum is aligned with standards/outcomes).
Evaluation & Revision (assess effectiveness of curriculum and make revisions).
Combining community education with curriculum development ensures educational programs are academically rigorous and beneficial to the community.
